Automation that makes sense
Payments match themselves. Workflows start on their own.
We fetch transactions from the Fio API, match them to orders by variable symbol and start a workflow that sends an e-mail, issues an invoice or unlocks a smart lock. Three payment gateways (GoPay, Comgate and Stripe) are connected natively, as are recurring payments and refunds.
AI built in, not bolted on
Explain, summarize, check. And the audit log remembers who did it.
AI has access to your data: it explains why an order failed, checks an article’s content and summarizes a long e-mail. Under the hood are Anthropic and OpenAI, and every call is logged with its token count and cost.
Every change in the platform is recorded down to the field level. You know who changed what, and when. Each change records its actor: a person, a contact, an API key or a system job.
Why wasn’t order 2026-0142 paid?
Bistro Karlín started a card payment via GoPay at 07:14, but the gateway returned CARD_DECLINED (insufficient funds). The customer did not retry the payment.
I recommend sending a reminder with a QR payment. You have the payment_retry template for that.
